Never Say Never is an official charter organization affiliated with the Venturing Program of the Boy Scouts of America. This is a CO-ED program for young adults ages 14-20 who are interested in learning about safe horsemanship, farm and stable management and how an equine assisted activities program is run. These young adults will use their unique talents to reach out to the children and teens who participate in our Horses Healing Hearts program. They learn how to interact with the horses and youth by volunteering their time on a regular basis. Our Venture kids prepare the horses for sessions, lead the horses or side-walk with clients during riding sessions, help clients handle, brush, pet and feed the animals safely and help out with other responsibilities around the farm. This is a wonderful program that connects young adults in our community with the children and teens who come here to experience the healing spirit of our animals and our volunteers.
